Our Newpolitan® pizzas are made fresh daily from select Italian flours, fermented the traditional way for over 48 hours, shaped individually by our Master Pizzaiolos, then baked at 500℃ for a base that’s crispy, airy, and scioglievole–or melt-in-your-mouth all at once.
PASTA
Trust us when we say we know our pasta. Made from scratch into a myriad of shapes and sizes, each is suited for a sauce that compliments it best, ensuring every bite is a perfect match of texture and flavour. Simply delizioso.
DOUBLECRUNCH
A high-hydration dough stretches to create a thin and bubbly texture, forming two glorious layers of almost-flaky "pastry" sandwiching our pizza toppings, or in this case—pizza fillings. Akin to a pizza-sandwich hybrid, this is the unorthodox pizza you never knew you needed.
